父母温哥华转机的问题

父母在美国延期了，但是没有批，一直是pending的状态。

加拿大转机要求

You must also meet U.S. immigration conditions

  • you entered the United States with a valid visa, and did not stay longer than you were authorized to
  • you are not under a removal or deportation order

不知道这种情况可不可以转机？
