No not really 之前 off label也很多
现在是应该可以正式启动保险流程了
我怎么看报销后 4mg也是800rmb左右 减肥每周要2.4mg 一个月差不多10mg了 也要2000rmb？是不是姿势错了 
而且这个没开封要2-8度冷藏 估计没法带过来
奇技淫巧报销后3ml ~200+cny
再说了，如果真要打的话账不能这么算；美国公司医保报销的话一个月$25没有必要跨国买药，不报销那一个月起码$500起步，够买4针半3ml了

说明书如此，25肯定是不符合要求的，国内的标准是>=25有糖尿病或者心血管病，或者>=27；美国的标准更高，我猜是因为bmi>=25在美国实在太普遍了

ahhh, mounjaro was a better deal. 25/month even if my insurance have no coverage.
No that was the grandfathered deal I posted in late 2022
The mounjaro pricing was gone already into 2023

There was definitely less attention overall then I anticipated, now that this thing is the hot new shit, it’s expensive
lost about 15 pounds, lol
The sweet spot in my opinion is around 9 months-1 year, you titrate in and hit peak dose for a few months, then you lose a lot
Once you go to 10mg 12.5mg it hits like a truck
