有最近的 DP 吗？貌似 T-Mobile 的 Rebate 加上了 "upload bill documentation” 这一要求？现在所有 Port-In 的 Rebate 都要求必须上传账单了吗？这意思是转号必须是真实的而不是从 eBay 上买来的号？
