现在比较安全的交易所应该就是几家在纽约有牌照的交易所了，监管比较严。
话说硬件钱包有啥推荐的嘛？

咨询下KYC资料安全的问题。比如之前在国内，经常收到诈骗电话，骗子连电话/姓名/身份证号码都知道。现在我们把资料提交给这些小交易所 比如kucoin，这些中心化的交易所也会把我们的信息卖给黑市吗？

做好被卖的准备，反正查不到他们，没有惩罚措施的话只要能接触到数据的人想卖就能卖

天天说自己安全听上去不是很安全啊。我要是CEO我就站出来说“我们不怕挤兑，大家的钱都在这里，随时欢迎来取”，而不是说请大家要有信心请千万不要来取。他们肯定是怕啊。

金融机构有转换长短期liquidity的功能，只有20%准备金，怕挤兑是正常的。交易所没有这种职能，储蓄要有100%准备金，“怕”挤兑就见了鬼了。

crypto 的 初衷就是反 央行的。
就和十九世纪，20世纪初 没有FED
银行倒闭潮一波又一波，逼得 JP morgan 关门打狗，让银行家掏钱稳定市场，但是不代表不会有银行了。
crypto 最终还是要DeFI化为主流的。交易所不过时交易平台。以后可以立法监管交易平台的交易规范和交易所储备金就可以。。

就算100%准备金等着去取，不是所有资金都处于流动状态，一旦流动资金耗尽，liquidate资产是有成本的
再一步说，交易所靠什么赚钱，交易手续费，交易量越大赚的越多，交易量又和存量资金有关系，钱都被挤兑完了，钱不就少赚了

除了放在冷钱包里要等一天才能找到人起床解锁之外，其他一切不liquid的存用户资金的方式都不符合交易所的定位。很可惜，大部分交易所屁股都不干净，拿用户的钱去生利息了。正如你所说，交易所赚钱应该靠手续费，不应该拿用户的钱出去投资来额外盈利。
稍微干净一点的交易所搞个staking program，利息给用户，到时候可以只冻结unstake（所有普通余额随便提现），那我敬他是条汉子。大部分交易所都很脏吧，不管用户有没有选staking，到时候停止withdraw是所有钱都停止，不是只暂停unstake…
