我看了条款，NRA不能开！楼里的NRA注意一下！
By selecting Open account(s) in the electronic application, you certify your taxpayer identifcation number:
Under penalties of perjury, you certify that:
• The Social Security number or taxpayer identifcation number you have provided is correct (or you are waiting for a number to be
issued to you); and
• Unless you select yes, you are not subject to backup withholding because:
- You are exempt from backup withholding, or
- You have not been notifed by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) that you are subject to backup withholding as a result of failure to report all interest or dividends; or
- The IRS has notifed you that you are no longer subject to backup withholding.
• You are a U.S. citizen or other U.S. person as defned in the IRS Form W-9 instruction.

去年开过11.9收到的$100. 今年可以开完全一样的账户(The Fidelity Account)么？

正在用的brokerage可以再加一个账户拿这个bonus吗？我的fidelity很老很老了，肯定符合1年前拿bonus的要求，还是必须关了账户开才能拿？

主要是你开户的时候就“证明你自己是us person”了，然而你并不是，所以有欺诈性质
