不知道能不能在论坛里问下大家condom破损是不是有意为之的问题

不知道合不合规这样的帖子，还有我是有一张这个condom破损的照片，如果有谁能帮忙说下就太感谢了。如果可以的话 我想把破损处的照片发出来请大家帮忙看下。

周二晚上通过grindr见了一个男生，在app我们互相告知对方sti and hiv free，我们都坚持要用condom，他带来的condom，我帮他带上的，and I performed oral sex on him for about 30 seconds while it was on. I didn’t notice any visible breaks then but it was possible that I missed it. He then turned off the lights and inserted his penis with the condom on into my rectum. I noticed that there was semen inside the condom and a bit of blood around the tip of the condom. I verbally asked him whether he was HIV- and STI free and he said he was clean. He left and I had no way of contacting him again.

I got paranoid on Thursday and check the condom. I filled it with water and immediately noticed that the rather big break (like half of the size of a penny). I assumed the worst and went to the ER and started on PEP within about 43 hours since the incident.

是正规的牌子的套吗？不是的话可能是本身质量问题。如果是的话那就可能是有意而为之了
你可以发一下看看 :yaoming:
一般来讲套只是破一个小洞的话大概是人为的
当然是不是你性伴侣有意而为之那就不知道了，毕竟情人节的时候也有sb跑去戳套套。
以后注意一个稳定长期的性伴侣比什么都重要

LZ担心可以理解，但无论坛友如何回复你都不会解决你的困扰，反而可能会增加你的忧虑。

我想你上PEP的时候已经做了STI和HIV检测，我认为这时候应该尽量远离网络、静待检测结果。同时做一些事情帮助自己减少忧虑，比如吃点好的、健身、看喜欢的电影、休息等。

以后可以上PrEP，但还是要记的定期检查。
