之前T Mobile号码想保留就port in US Mobile，结果搞了好几天都Port不了，escalate了也不管用就打算放弃了。结果T Mobile那边说号码被US Mobile hold了，cancel不了，两头跑了好几次，终于在换了三个客服要求escalate之后确认port process cancelled. 妈的，小公司真气人。

报个DP，刚刚注册这个，US mobile 可以要到 port out的账户和pin，建议发邮件早点去要（大概预留2-3天时间）

感觉就是要付点钱，把plan变成不是free trial，就可以了。

They have to pay a lot of $ to get trial customers a new SIM and line, and are willing to pay for this for people who might stick with US Mobile, but if you just want a # to port elsewhere they will make you pay for at least some of their cost.
