我在uwyo上学的时候村里太无聊经常去南面的fort collins, co 要走us 287。那条路在co那段差不多就是双向两条lane 限速65 mph 超车要借道
不讨论实现黄线的法律问题 我入学那年听说uwyo已经在那里路上死了4个faculty了 有一年还报销了整只球队 我自己开的时候有一次超车差点撞上对面的车 后来我再也不敢在双向两条lane的路上借道超车了 我宁可被前面车一路压着

316.0875 No-passing zones.—
(1) The Department of Transportation and local authorities may determine those portions of any highway under their respective jurisdictions where overtaking and passing or driving to the left of the roadway would be especially hazardous and may, by appropriate signs or markings on the roadway, indicate the beginning and end of such zones. When such signs or markings are in place and clearly visible to an ordinarily observant person, a driver of a vehicle must obey the directions thereof.
(2) Where signs or markings are in place to define a no-passing zone as set forth in subsection (1), a driver may not, at any time, drive on the left side of the roadway within such no-passing zone or on the left side of any pavement striping designed to mark such no-passing zone throughout its length.
(3) This section does not apply to a driver who safely and briefly drives to the left of the center of the roadway only to the extent necessary to:
(a) Avoid an obstruction;
(b) Turn left into or from an alley, a private road, or a driveway; or
(c) Overtake and pass a bicycle or other nonmotorized vehicle or an electric bicycle pursuant to s. 316.083(2) or (3).
(4) A person who violates this section commits a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a moving violation as provided in chapter 318.

346.09 Limitations on overtaking on left or driving on left side of roadway.
(1) Upon any roadway where traffic is permitted to move in both directions simultaneously, the operator of a vehicle shall not drive to the left side of the center of the roadway in overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction unless such left side is clearly visible and is free of oncoming traffic for a sufficient distance ahead to permit such overtaking and passing to be done in safety. In no case when overtaking and passing on a roadway divided into 4 or more clearly indicated lanes shall the operator of a vehicle drive to the left of the pavement marking indicating allocation of lanes to vehicles moving in the opposite direction or, in the absence of such pavement marking, to the left of the center of the roadway. Except as provided in sub. (3) (b) and s. 346.05 (1) (g), in no case shall the operator of a vehicle drive in a lane when signs or signals indicate that such lane is allocated exclusively to vehicles moving in the opposite direction.
(2) Upon any roadway where traffic is permitted to move in both directions simultaneously, the operator of a vehicle shall not drive on the left side of the center of the roadway upon any part of a grade or upon a curve in the roadway where the operator’s view is obstructed for such a distance as to create a hazard in the event another vehicle might approach from the opposite direction.
(3)
(a) Except as provided in par. (b), the operator of a vehicle shall not drive on the left side of the center of a roadway on any portion thereof which has been designated a no-passing zone, either by signs or by a yellow unbroken line on the pavement on the right-hand side of and adjacent to the center line of the roadway, provided such signs or lines would be clearly visible to an ordinarily observant person.
(b) The operator of a vehicle may drive on the left side of the center of a roadway on any portion thereof which has been designated a no-passing zone, as described in par. (a), to overtake and pass, with care, any vehicle, except an implement of husbandry or agricultural commercial motor vehicle, traveling at a speed less than half of the applicable speed limit at the place of passing.
(4) Other provisions of this section notwithstanding, the operator of a vehicle may not overtake and pass on the left any other vehicle which, by means of signals as required by s. 346.34 (1), indicates its intention to make a left turn or U-turn.

如果哪位发现了允许实线超车的州 (WI这种先不算)，麻烦跟我说一下

如果不能在no passing zone之前回来，有可能会被判危险驾驶。我经常好奇那种特别短的双黄线给谁花的？我看到的时候就马上要到头了

警察故意的。
隐隐感觉应该发在法律版？
没错。我人生第一张Ticket就在这里领到了。
感恩节刚去的key west，靠近key west的那段我遇到的警车比我别的地方一年遇到的都多。。。那段限速45的路我本来也是一直跟车开45，好不容易前面压车的走了，我一个油门踩到65，想追上前面的车队（已经看得见了），就被小树林里跑出来的警车pull了。。。。所幸警察说you are in a decent range, 给了个warning就没事了。。之前看的段子说被pull了被问超没超速一定要说没有或者不知道，结果警察根本不按套路出牌，我全程能回答的就只有how are you这一个问句。。。
其实你这种情况可以算逆行了

应该把标题改成去Key West开车一定不要超速。
WI是有什么特别的地方吗？和别的州不一样？

这是个极小的小镇，总人口就一千来人，还在逐年减少中，平均家庭收入五万出头，贫困率13%。罚单上没有罚金额，需要自己联系问，网站内容很少，只有个电话联系方式。查了一下地址所有行政部门都在一个小平房里，大小相当于小的single house，Google review极少但都很差，基本上打电话根本找不到人。我有不祥的预感，感觉进了黑店。。。
法庭是直属于州里的，当地政府管不到

我的理解是可以压双黄线跑到左边去超龟速车？
刚刚查了我们州的transportation code, 有提到对于有三条lane提供双向的路，不能在center lane上开，但有几个例外：
- 在安全的情况下用于超车；
- 准备左转；
- center lane配有指示方向的设备可按照指示方向行驶。
所以我这适用于第一条例外，没有violation?
确实是新知识。这半速车。可能是为了那些打双闪的出问题的车弄了这个规定。

今天拨打了电话，不出意外录音提示留下个人信息说会打回来，结果到最后说语音信箱已满无法留言。。。所以说根本找不到活人！Google review果然很真实。恐怕我还得开车40分钟先去一趟当面plea。。。
这个建议你再检查一下电话号码，别错了
我之前用过的一个prepaid号码就经常有人打电话找我dispute停车ticket 
这个肯定是没错，整个小镇就那一个电话号码，打过去就是他们录好的menu，选择municipal court后要求留下信息他们会call back，然后就是打通无人接听的声音，进入court clerk的语音信箱，要求提示音后留言，然后就说语音信箱无法接收更多留言，通话结束刚刚打过还是一样
