amex 刚办的白金卡被return了

上周三办的，周四就寄出了，预计周五到，但是周一了还没收到，问了客服，客服说周一已经签收，但是还没收到，后来周二收到邮件说已经被return了，联系客服重发，客服说需要等10天。请问有啥办法能快点发过来吗? 下次我直接让他们扔到门口就好

白金卡一般都是自动1-3天的，不行的话问客服加急

是return以后自动1-3天再发吗？

联系客服，客服回复这个：
Kindly be advised that we cannot request for a replacement card yet since we need to wait for 10days from account open date to initiate another request.

We highly suggest to reach us back on or after March 20,2023 to request for a replacement.

But no worries! should you wish for this to be processed now, I can refer you to our dedicated team thorugh hotline at card replacement team (800) 528 - 4800. They are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

amex的首卡一般要十天，二卡应该随便replace

换个也是10天，都换了3个了

打電話專員還是可以處理的，我當初plat寄來字都印模糊了app不給換，打給專員隔天就拿到新卡了
