【2023年2月更新】从2023年开始，UA已经完全取消里程票的退改签费用了。旅客如果误机（no show），那么退票会有$125的退票费。起飞前的退票和改签（只收里程差价）已经不收退票费了。
可是当我订票的时候点开 View fare rules and restrictions 说起飞31天以内退票仍要收费啊。。。
Cancellations/refunds:
Before travel begins, mileage may be re-credited within one year from original ticket issuance date if miles have not expired. After travel has begun, mileage may not be re-credited. Mileage will be re-credited for no charge when a ticket booked at least seven days prior to departure is canceled within 24 hours of booking. There is a fee for all other re-credits due to cancellations.
Fee if the dated of the re-credit request is 31 days or more before the original travel date

Fee if the date of the re-credit request is less than 31 days from the original travel date

(Re-credit fee is based on the date of the re-credit request and the departure date and the time zone of the departure city of the fare component that is being canceled or re-credited.)
