我以前也遇到过这个情况，解决办法是换个domain name的邮箱作为联系方式，比如gmail换到yahoo或者edu结尾的邮箱，然后就能付账了。chase用的是expedia的backend，这个问题多半是expedia那边出的问题。

换成yahoo还是报错，我是不是改过几天再试

那就不清楚了，我当时是gmail换成了edu邮箱然后就行了。
