然后踢皮球 over email。最后到一个客服,says he will call me。
但越好的日子和时间,都没有打电话给我。
我回email继续说,过好久,他就给我一个 standard email without really addressing my case.
我继续要求他给我打电话,然后继续ignore 我。
今天我继续回信,说如果不打电话给我to resolve this asap, i am going to file cases to CFPB, BBB, small court claim for this.
i already said credit limit does not matter for rent payment.
if your rent is 2000, and credit limit is 100 (my limit is 100), when they charge rent, they will raise the limit to 2100, and then charge 2000. after a couple days credit you back the 2000 (after bank transaction is clear), and then lower your credit limit from 2100 to 100.
