不知道。aicm出入境无数次了也从来没有问过fmm相关问题。
当然如果是tr pr等身份入境流程我不清楚。

It’s totally random and at their discretion. that being said, there is never a problem going in, but what level of stamping or visa issuance is up to the border agent. I suspect that there is a protocol that they have to follow, and therefore have to stamp some passports and issue some visas, just to show that they are doing their job.
Now, given my experience, if you do or do not want a stamp, I’m sure that you can just tell the agent what you want and they will acquiesce. Also, you can try to enter Mexico without showing them anything, but it’s up to their discretion to let you in. I’ve stood behind American families that were obv going to TJ to get tacos and donkey pictures that didn’t have passports, and the border agents let them in.
TL;DR: Sometimes they stamp, sometimes they let you in, sometimes they give you a visa.

去年从Paso del Norte白天步行进入墨西哥时，完全没有任何查验随便过，而且墨西哥边检明确拒绝查验护照，我想收集墨西哥入境章都不给盖。你要是想无痕就飞到El Paso，然后走过去吧。

坐飞机肯定要出示美国护照
墨西哥机场没有official的出境边检，美籍航司一般会直接让你上飞机
墨西哥航司有可能逼着你去盖离境章，不然不给你发登机牌 （亲身经历）
坐飞机即使不盖离境章，航司也很有可能把旅客信息分享给了墨西哥边检
最保险的方式还是陆路进，陆路出。进出墨西哥不会有任何痕迹，出美国的时候也不会有任何检查，入境美国的时候会检查，但是亲身经历只是看一下你的护照就让你进了，CBP Officer根本没有碰电脑

不可以，因为过安检的生活会看你登机牌。登机牌如果是国际航班会被要求出示护照。
机场不会，亲测太多次了。
