我也就是看了statement发现点数都没给，然后一笔一笔算发现fluz消费的全都没算。
之前给wells fargo打电话好几个，客服都是说如果你消费够了一到两个statement就会给，就是在踢皮球。。他们也不知道你消费到没到3k
去choice网页或者app那边有记录

还是要看一下google评分。日本也有卫生不太好的酒店。
