Maybe you guys who are having issues should try calling that number to ask why your payments are not going through

你拿这个账户pay过别的吗？其实可以先转转其他账户，pay点别的，貌似会避免不少问题

我没用其他charge 刚开始就是小额 500 - 1000的 转。
然后几个月后能直接一次转3000了

activity里有数额，不过redeemable还是0。
