为什么veh description和plate number是空白?
除了楼主你一边倒的陈述,谁知道在纸面上到底楼主租了个什么车?

因为那个在另一张纸上,以及receipt上的car number就是车辆的代码,已经足够说明是什么车了

budget这家公司能避就避,管理混乱,我在圣何塞租个车开了一个周末,还车的时候跟我说停进停车场就好了,也不给收据,我不想扯就走了,结果第二天收到个系统邮件说我没有还车,自动延伸租约,打电话去客服客服还怪我没有按流程走还车,后来打电话给我说租车点没找到车,惊吓了几天后找到了,一句道歉都没有,就说我们不收你钱了。(言外之意是我要谢恩?)

是这样的,我之前一直租的alamo和national,都是主动询问要不要当场打receipt,有一次把他们车撞坏了,他们处理也是很丝滑。
这次贪便宜选了budget,没想到搭进去更多

没错,便宜的(免费的)其实最贵。当时还车的时候对方执意不给receipt,我看对方态度坚决,自己也就没有坚持。根据平时租车的经验也是不拿receipt只在app里看就行,认为应该问题不大。但没想到budget的坑还是很大的。avis和hertz都是主动给打印的收据。
