有一张持卡两年多一点的白金今天没要到retention offer，于是问客服如果取消有没有annual fee refund。
客服：“Yes, you’ll be eligible for the prorated annual fee refund of approx. $632.33 if you cancel your card today.”
我：“不是30天后取消不refund吗？” （因为我年费已经post超过一个多月了，拖延症等arline credit报销这波很慢，加上要等上次retention满一年，所以一直没关卡。）
客服：“You are right. The annual fee refund is possible only within first 30 days from the date it is posted on your card but today I see the option to provide the prorated annual fee refund if you cancel your card.”
所以退年费这事还可以ymmv？有其他朋友有经验的吗？不在MA
