被亚麻HR玩弄了,很生气。
Timeline:上周三发的一面,我约了上周四下午5点多,将近4点面试被临时取消,后来想重选,发现面试链接失效。周四周五发邮件不回。这周一我换了个邮箱又问,结果告诉我招到人了。
招到人了没关系,但ghosting就很恶心。临时取消面试,候选人发邮件不回,真是无语了。
(估计是一开始就没机会。可能是有个人已经面完终面了,HR怕对方不接OFFER,把我变成备胎。不然不可能这么快。即使我最快也是上周四直属领导面+第二天终面,不可能来得及。最后对方周一接了OFFER我还是凉凉。已经过了终面的人不接offer,再找别的面试者不行么?非要这样虐待面试者?)

Hi HR名字,
This is 我, whom you arranged an interview on June 7th. I booked the call on June 8th yet got it canceled by you.
The interview link is expired now. I sent you 2 emails yet no reply. So I have to change another email to figure out the problem.
I understand that you must be busy, and maybe the emails are in your spam. So I wonder if you can resend me a link so we can arrange the call, please?
Here is my resume, a XXX experience XXX role, with XXX skills, and graduated from XXX.

候选人就像皮球一样,没有价值就会被扔掉,回复都没有,没有尊重的吗?
投诉HR都找不到地方。除了打铁自身硬之外,对于不尊重面试者的HR好像没什么反制的手段。
