万豪 300-120 Amex offer怎么在系统里找不到了,

已经加到卡里,然后也花了300+,amex到现在没给120,打amex客服说系统里查不到我加了这个offer,大家有类似情况吗?是万豪赖账还是amex赖账?

不是,客服说根本查不到我enroll过这个offer,而且6/7号入住,这都半个月了,应该能process完了

啊,这奇葩事怎么让我碰到了 :melting_face:

上面都有说,总结一下:加上出现在“Added to Card”里面,用了会出现在redeemed offer下面,钱过几天会post。用了的话一般会有邮件。offer加上没有?加在了其他卡上?有确认在Added to Card里面吗?不排除当时offer没加上,但是现在没有了的情况(limit reached)。

可以过几天找KF再查一下。

Update一下,我恰好留着当时add offer时候的截图,把截图甩给Amex客服,N个客服给我在系统里猛一顿找,说系统里根本找不到我add或redeem过这个offer。用这么多年amex第一次遇到这种情况,不知道有没有可能是万豪把这个offer cancel了。Anyways,客服给开了case investigation,但我觉得这120刀是要不回来了(哭。。。)如果坛子里有类似经历的朋友,一定要来分享下。

lz后来有进展吗?顺带问一下你有没有收到过amex说你recently used这个offer的email?

没什么进展,估计要不回来了。没有收到过email。
