If there is a balance in your checking account, or if there is a refund or credit after it is closed, the remaining balance will be sent to your address on file via physical check. Your cards and account will work normally through September 30, 2023.

倒不是说他们不想搞，是到底有没有下家银行，因为已经传言要换银行一段时间了，但一直没公布。如果有下家银行接盘，也不至于先宣布关卡，继续等下家。我是希望继续使用的，赚返现太开心了。

Costco当年换SHITI的时候是账户全关重新申请还是直接转？

直接转，Citi寄新卡，不过这两者没有可比性，规模上差远了

楼上有人cite了pathward。
再者只要他们有意向搞这个也是一个利好。旧的不去新的不来，换银行当然checking#，routing#，卡都要换，毕竟这是一个debit+checking不是cc。
另外dogecard的邮件说了，他们的cryptocurrency partner不变，赚的dogecoins都还在。
当然了不排除最后找不到银行彻底凉了或者中间有gap，我只是不知道怎么得出这个product凉了的结论。too hastily。目前来看，字面理解邮件就行，没必要引申，毕竟没有太多alternatives的情况下考虑post-dogecard时代是多余的。
我有一张狗币卡，也收到这个邮件了。我理解是现在的银行对PPBP有限制，我才PAY了不到一万就发信告诉我每月最多7500，所以CEO一直在忙活换银行的事，而且说换了以后就不限制了。希望我的理解没有错。
