No. Discounts and pre-paid services made before your status match has been reflected on your frontier account are not refundable. Your elite status only applies to new bookings made after your elite status is approved and refelcts on your Frontier account.

我的理解是如果你提前买了行李或者座位的话 即使你match到了新的50K 之前选座花的钱的也不会退给你 我的booking之前什么都没买 所以可以免费加上seats和carry on bag
这个我也有看到, 疑惑的就是如果还没买行李跟座位的话是怎么处理.
请问你是怎么跟客服联络的呢？过程有遭遇什么阻碍吗？
另外请问你match花了多久反应在帐号里呢？

需要等一会儿 客服回的比较慢 并且只能online chat没有电话

那请客服处理要加额外的钱吗？
当然不用 你亮明身份就行 选座加行李本来就是你的权利
可以自己在网上加的，FlyerTalk 上给的方法：
Step 1: Find your flight information that was send to your email.
Step 2: Press on Access your booking
Step 3: The website then should pull up “your cart”.
Step 4: Press Edit under Passenger
Step 5: The Passenger Info should pull up and then go to the bottom and press continue. (This is the critical step as it re-registers your Frontiers Airline # and then it finds that your Airlines # is Elite Status)
Step 6: Go and add your Carry-on and choose your seat.
重点是第 4-5 步，需要刷新乘客的常旅客号让系统识别 100k status

那真是太棒了, 最后正好有出行的计划, 只好先用Hyatt Globalist match AA Platinum Pro, 然后再match Frontier了.

刚飞完F9，终于等来这个，对我来说太合适了。Chase IHG老卡给的Platinum就能match 50K。
我都是自己飞&从来不托运，100K和50K基本没区别了。

说个离谱的事，我有AA plat，想要100k，就p了一张AA plat pro的membership card提交（完全看不出来的那种），结果悲剧。这个第三方公司的系统准确的识别出了我的AA status是plat，联系到frontier提供的status match列表其实挺有限的，怀疑是这个statusmatch.com和航司有什么py交易能够识别会籍…现在尝试和那个第三方公司狡辩中，也不知道有没有用 
都交钱匹配了 还要这样…唉
我看statusmatch挺正规的，没敢p
