xfinity一生黑
Xfinity 经常掉线，陆陆续续好几个月了，不知道是不是因为我用最便宜的挂壁plan
回来现身说法了，Spectrum 从 19 年起的 terms cancellation 没有 prorated rate，要让付一整个月 
。其实上个 statement period 就拔线了，但是没有自助 cancel 的选项。p2 要 “in person" 退 modem 的时候一起办 cancellation, 结果拖到昨天才有时间到店里，store manager 说 oh 不幸的是你已经 new billing cycle 第二天了，等他尝试操作一下，当时还不知道背后是什么意思，以为是想让我们少付两天钱或者方便 billing 结束，搞了好几分钟后说搞不定，最后 bill 是 $50 多，以为是 prorated 点头答应。回到车上后一查账单发现 了，新 period 8/20-9/19, payment due 9/9, 这不是抢劫么。。。
Why are my service changes not reflected in last month’s bill?
In most areas of the country, we’ve eliminated partial-month charges and credits for services purchased on a subscription basis. If you cancel service(s) prior to the end of your monthly billing period, you’ll be charged for the remainder of that period. You can also choose to postpone cancellation of the subscription service(s) until the end of your monthly billing period. This billing change went into effect June 23, 2019, and is consistent with the Terms and Conditions of Service.
终于不用跟这个弱智公司打交道了
过去两年300mbps 35用了两年，9月份要涨价到85了
online chat客服磨蹭半天给优惠了15刀 
自己看原地tp是40一个月300mbps
看隔壁quantum fiber 200mbps 30感觉也能凑合用，加上aa shopping portal给4,900分就换过去了
