For BIA I barely remember, perhaps provided a DBA certificate. For biz checking, provided nothing for sure. eBayer may work by selecting sole-proprietorship.

请问下大佬 business brokerage账号是怎么跟 checking credit card link到一起的，我放了10w+ 但是checking 还是被收手续费，信用卡也没有加成，打800电话也没人管 ～
You have a business checking right? I remember there is a form, need to authorize to link the checking and brokerage account. Inside brokerage account, there is a place to search form. Any question Need to call the brokerage 800 number. The checking 800 number doesn’t help. When the checking is linked. Credit card automatically linked. Another thing, when you make transaction, be careful sometimes they hold 30% tax. If this happens, call brokerage 800 number to fix the issue. They missed my w9 form, I mailed them one, they stopped hold the tax. Good luck.

感谢大佬指点，我这个已经提交了form的，但是说因为有multiple profile导致出问题，去了branch打了好多电话内部员工都不知道，但他们说如果brokerage有25万会有dedicated team来帮忙解决这个问题。BOA坑很多啊
