我看重的是新酒店+性价比+实用性强。我觉得土耳其这两家都很不错。只要住的舒服，物超所值，坐标远一点我可以克服的。

现在看到第一家酒店开业图片，回过头看当时发布的新闻稿，万豪透露已经签了更多该品牌的合同，主要分布在
Marriott has signed three deals for the new brand in the United Kingdom and Turkey. It has signed letters of intent for future projects in Poland and Belgium as well as more in the U.K.
虽然没有具体透露在哪些城市，但是如果对 
布尔萨这家性价比满意的话，可以期待下一波开业的酒店目的地。

Don’t compare it to the big Sheraton hotels in resort towns. Indoor pool, spa, jacuzzi etc. There are no such things. There is an outdoor pool, naturally it is open in the summer. There are no balconies in the rooms and smoking is prohibited. There is a place for smoking between the floors. Breakfast is nice and is on the 2nd floor. The price is suitable in terms of performance. The rooms are clean. It’s not very big. I added photos of the room, corridor, breakfast. The location is good, right in the center of the place, there are bars and seating areas opposite. There is no parking problem.
可见酒店的性价比还是很高的。

笑死 那家walmart对面的 每年新生季照样sold out 
他们家已经变quality inn了 
我觉得主要还是要newly built，哪怕是renovated有时候都不太好。
个人的美国万豪经验，各种城市新区/郊区新建的fairfield/springhill/courtyard的装修风格和入住体验都吊打大部分sheraton/westin，除非是resort。
当然大车店毕竟是大车店，服务设施上比不了full service hotel。可是如果是新建的大车店，配上厨房设施，也还是挺爽的

万豪新闻稿关于 
4PE 的部分。除了布尔萨、安塔利亚和伊斯坦布尔，首都安卡拉也被点名。
In September 2023, Marriott announced the launch of Four Points Express by Sheraton in response to growing consumer demand for reliable-yet-affordable accommodation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The company recently added Four Points Express by Sheraton Bursa, which marked the first property under the new midscale brand globally. Türkiye is a key market for Four Points Express by Sheraton with plans to add four additional properties across Ankara, Antalya and Istanbul, including Four Points Express by Sheraton Taksim Square, which is slated to be added later this year.

万豪宣布将把日本14家 Unizo Hotels 转型成 4PE
该品牌进军日本和亚太地区。如果以土耳其为先例，以后有机会看到日本 5,000 - 10,000每晚的价位的低端万豪酒店。

这家有些日子现金价比隔壁的tribute portfolio都贵了
中南美洲的那些city express 是不是更差？
好歹隔壁有个applebee和Walmart

所以要挑低价的时候兑换积分 
大车店类别，遇到高峰期的话，保底可以考虑兑换旧城区的 Tier 1 温大妈。如果万豪 4PE 淡季便宜而且手里有万豪冥币的话可以选择4PE。

我自己经验的话four points是唯一一个把platinum卡福利拉到顶的酒店
不光送单点餐厅早餐还升最顶级suite，最后还送1000分免费洗衣

Four Points Express by Sheraton London Euston
官网已经上线并开始接受9月份以后的预定。目前暂无积分价位，不过现金价挺贵的，flexible member rate 地板价 170 GBP ($214)。地理位置的确非常中心，在 Euston 站旁边，可以步行到大英博物馆。
酒店另一个缺点是房间非常非常狭小。最低房型是 8平米的 Compact Room；其他选择是 10平米，11平米，最大的是16平米的 Family Room。FT 网友吐槽说这简直是坐监狱
所以这家伦敦的4PE性价比可能没有土耳其那边的好，如果积分价很低还行，但是我不太抱希望。
