美国基础教育老师工资低是事实，有些南方州教师一年就4w，做了十几年也就5、6w。还是你觉得教书对社会不重要，聪明的孩子自动就样样会咯

对啊，所以公校有能力的人要么跳槽到私校，要么转行。结果就是公立学校的质量越来越差。毕竟好好干，努力干，混着干，几年后工资都知道了都一个样。要是所有行业都这样，那社会要完蛋了。
