这种不会占当前套房inventory嘛？那我上次在酒店发飙岂不是错怪他们
有套房不给我升 他们说预留给环球客 我以为套房券会提前占inventory 还在卖就是还有
我的理解是会锁房，他们也应该锁房，不然有人现金定了怎么办？ 一间房怎么同时给新的现金用户和旧的已经用券锁房了的用户？ 我感觉你飙发的没啥问题。

贡献个dp，我入住的几天在官网上没看到有standard suite，只有断断续续的suite A房型和suite B房型有一天两天凑不完整。今天不报啥希望打电话去用SUA，客服hold了几分钟说跟酒店前台沟通说有suite C房型available，已经帮我apply到reservation里面了。账号上没更新，SUA也都是available。看到楼上大佬有说twitter靠谱，我就dm了他们，以下是官方回复：
I show you are confirmed into a Suite C using your suite upgrade award. This was the only suite available when using your suite upgrade award. When viewing your reservation online or via the app, you will not see the suite as your room type. When a suite upgrade award is used on a reservation made with points, the suite must be assigned in the hotel’s internal system. It can take up to 48 business hours for the award to be deducted from your account and applied to your reservation.

你用积分搜，看能不能搜到standard suite的积分房，有的话就能升

求推荐，哪里的套房好换啊好带娃。热门地方好像都挺难用SUA的
现在显示的升级房券已经是redeem了，但是没有收到任何关于预定的更新情况。网页直接查还是显示的是普通房间。
我昨天也问了 是因为是积分房不能改 不过客服确认了就可以了

搜points预订，这种lp suite pts upgr房型就代表有standard suite可以直接让客服apply套房券，如果没有就说明系统里没有基础套房，但和酒店直接沟通的话有概率让用套房券锁一个套房，就比较看酒店脸色了

查了下果然有 
好奇怪啊, 我用GOH给别人订国内King Bed Room, 然后客服说可以相同点数订King Bed Suite. 我再三询问这是不是还要用SUA, 她说不用…结果订单显示:
