HSN上买了个砖头机，一年49好像，一直撂家里忘了是否解锁了……
现在不在家了，明天plan过期……是不是得先refil一波才能保证解锁？我担心不续费等回去发现手机也解锁不了，号也保不住（虽然号基本没用）
哎，该解锁就得早点弄，现在这还得多掏15来refil，亏 :wulian:

  1. On your phone, dial #TFUNLOCK# (#83865625#) to access the TF UNLOCK Menu.
  2. The TF UNLOCK Menu will request an UNLOCK Code. Enter the code 1 and code 2. Once the codes are processed successfully, a Device Unlocked message will display. If the codes are NOT processed, try to re-enter them. (There have been some reports of codes not working. If this happens, try enter code 2 first then code 1.)

以前用点数换数据没问题。
最近换不了（可用点数足够），总是：“We apologize, but we cannot process your transaction at this time. Please try again later or call us at 1-800-867-7183.”

联系了客服，客服也解决不了。

网络上搜了一下，别人也碰到这种问题，也是解决不了。

难道点数变幽灵点数了？

只能去 FCC 告状了

今天又试了一下，点数终于可以App自助拿来换东西了。

用1000点换了1GB data，试了一下水。等了10多分钟，数据流量显示增加了 1GB
