原來可以重複開？以為要sub拿到一年後關卡重開一張呢

请问这个卡送的基友票什么时候发？是开卡就给还是刷满了4000的那个statement还是拿到卡交完年费的第一个statement？

秒批，16k额度，是要anniversary以后才能有基友票吗？
秒批的各位都是在boa有checking或saving account吗？去年申过一张个人卡被拒了，说和BOA没有relationship。信用分八百多，申别家的卡都很顺利。
我个人是有boa的个人和商务的checking 和 savings，所以基本他们家卡都是秒批的而且给的额度也很高，加上我存款基本也都是他们家因为有preferred rewards

在填75k的链接的时候它总是不让我提交并且显示Check and fix errors to continue.
