话说为什么楼上大家都自己去eBay买配件，是因为保险不包吗？
for my insurance, it will cover 80% once i hit my deductible
but if i dont hit my deductible, the pricing is like this from Aeroflow sleep:
F20 frame + cushion: $68
F20 cushion: $26
the price for the above two items are not the best compared to ebay.
for other stuff, aeroflow has decent pricing, so i got these:
climatelineair tube $31 ish (ebay doesn’t sell, lofta etc is selling for around $46)
F20 headgear - $7 ish (significantly cheaper than ebay)
water chamber - $10 ish (significantly cheaper than ebay)
but then they emailed me and said some bs about insurance and charged me an extra $8 for that order.
so yea, DME vendors suck

好吧，全都是原价确实20%copay也挺贵。
我看了一下我之前的账单，两个Nasal Pillow +两片filter敢卖$133，最后保险只付了零头$32 
美国医疗费用真是漫天要价
今天机器到了，对于设置还在摸索之中，使用的是F20全脸的面罩，傍晚试了一下，刚开始挺好，我老婆说都不打呼噜了，但是睡着之后可能漏气，造成风力过大我可能就摘掉了，估计还的适应一段。另外，这个是加湿功能有用吗？我上youtube，看有个人就不用加湿，说清理麻烦什么的。
替代方法是买个室内加湿器。用久了必须清理，不然会有细菌粘膜。

我的保險允許直接看專科醫生 只貴5塊錢
有需要先看pcp再去看睡眠專科嗎？
會省錢/省時間嗎？
我現在處於感覺有時候有中止 有時候好像又不是很嚴重的狀態
我的经验是PCP也就是给个referral，让我去看专科医生。你能直接看就直接看吧，说不定还能挑个口碑好、排队短的。
如果实在找不好，再回去找PCP推荐，看看能不能插个队

心裡本來還有點僥倖想說說不定PCP就能給那個一日居家睡眠檢測工具
請問你的專科醫生是給你那種比較便宜的一日居家睡眠檢測套裝還是要去睡眠中心睡一晚？
我是拿回家自己监测的，挺方便的。第二天drop off 回去就行。反正目标是能证明上CPAP的必要性，精度不是很重要。
