最近开Hilton Aspire，要求上传地址证明，但我去BOA（我有checking在BOA），几个banker看着Amex给的这个信，根本不知道要提供什么东西。。。请问大家，是这些个banker不懂吗？还是我没说明白？这个东西应该怎么说他们马上能明白？

那就是银行不合作，换一个银行

不应该123开局嘛，开aspire干什么
Branch manager应该比较有经验，找branch manager按照上面的要求，写个letter，签个字就行。

上面就有letterhead，你是不是没有仔细看过这些statement
banker签名呢？
你问问Amex啊，一般地址证明直接用银行账单，信用卡账单，水电费等账单就行了。这个要求真是太具体了。。。

那么这个要的是notary form，直接去Chase，当场打一个bank statement让banker给你notarize就可以了

有啊。我开过十几张amex卡了，但是第一次遇到这个东西。。。
