Amex 要retention的正确姿势

打电话给Amex化缘,跟自动语音说考虑关卡对面立刻问卡号多少,吓得我赶紧改口说找representative。前几个月又一次真心去关卡,用的chat客服二话没说就给关了,连retention都没有转接。有没有小伙伴知道现在打电话说要关卡给他报卡号是不是直接就关掉了啊?Amex现在关卡这么主动了?

其实你跟第一个客服说没用,他还是会把你转接到第二层

都走不到retention team,第一阶段的客服直接就给你关了。他们都没有看retention offer的权限

一年的商业白金和去年刚给了retention的个人白金,都一句废话没有就关了,效率确实提高了不少,这是好事 :yaoming:

要retention和关卡对客服来说是两件事

现在的客服都没有主观能动性,基本就是电脑和客户说什么他们就干什么

不用这么多条条框框,要retention直接发could you help check the retention offer on my card ending in xxxxx? 对方要是开始扯了就重复发这句话,多发几次agent就会直接帮你查offer不会扯东扯西了,然后一次性把所有卡都问个遍完事 :yaoming:

今天问了小10张卡,没一张有retention的,amex为什么这么恨我
