5/31 踩着ddl，预订了3个酒店（一笔订单里预订了三家不同的酒店，入住时间分别是6、7、8月）在午夜前收到了booking confirmation email，但是交易是在6/1号posted的
6月 完成第一家酒店的真实入住
7月份因为行程冲突，取消了第二家酒店。当时还有些担心，不知道取消一家会不会导致整个订单不eligible 
8月 完成第三家酒店的真实入住
9月中旬 联系chase问怎么还没收到bonus，客服查了下跟我说我的交易是6/1号posted的，已经过ddl了。我说我是5/31号前完成booking的，你第二天才post不关我事。客服让我截图当时的booking confirmation email，说会转交有关部门investigate，5个工作日内回复
9月底 没收到chase的任何回复，但是在point activity里发现chase已经手动给加上5000点了
大家如果没收到bonus的，可以去看看自己的point activity，可能已经收到了但是你并不知道而已！
收到bonus邮件后说是8 weeks, 我在等等吧。

5月通过chase travel portal 订了3晚酒店,7月收到bonus email。 收到bonus email 8个week后还没有收到bonus, secure message联系chase. 收到如下回复说我不eligible ， 请教如何怼回去

The offer is to earn points when you book a flight and
hotel through Chase Travel between March 1, 2024 and May
31, 2024. This offer was activated on May 3, 2024.
Here is what you should know:
• Eligible customers earn rewards when they purchase
multiple travel components including hotels, flights, car
rentals and cruises through Chase Travel with their

• Book two qualifying components will receive 5,000 bonus

没有，跟某个回复一样，说我的purchase是通过csp进入的portal不能算到CFU上去 醉了
唉。用个chase的offer真是心累
