正确的方法是拿着登机牌上飞机坐在那里,然后让他们现场call volunteer吧

换做我如果我心里有一个合适的补偿价位且比较reasonable的话会直接回复给他们,因为作为corporate肯定是越便宜打发了越好,但你如果不说自己的心理价位他们也不知道该怎么打发你只好随便开价格,但你如果报了个数他们就可以work with you。记得重申,错在他们的,不管他们怎么说降舱"not uncommon”都是unacceptable,对于你来说就是买了那么多年头等第一次碰到,adds tremendous stress to an already tight schedule;你已经很flexible了,再打发叫花子就是他们不对了。

我在bbb complaint里面已经明说了要求现金赔偿票价乘以2.大概2000一个人。帖子里之前不是有人说了类似情况4人拿了8000嘛?

我给bbb回复了。我觉得做人就要有骨气。我才不要这200 voucher。如果最后什么都不给,我闹到cfpb去,也不接受这200 voucher。 再说我们住在夏威夷,出行一般都是ua或者ha,很少坐到delta。这200多半接受了最后也是过期失效的下场。

I am rejecting this response because:

There are lots of key questions that Delta avoided answering in their response, and the 200 voucher per person is an insult to what they did to us.

  1. Please explain why your website is purposefully defrauding your customers by showing “First Class 31E, 32A etc.”. Please see the two screenshots I uploaded previously. File name DeltaSeatChange.jpeg and DeltaSeatMap.jpeg. This is a fraud case, not just a simple cabin downgrade.

  2. Please explain why you decided to INVOLUNTARILY remove us from the first class cabin, instead of offering 200 voucher to every first class passenger to find volunteers. Please explain your criteria to remove us INVOLUNTARILY instead of other passengers. This is a potential discrimination case because Asian names look like people who are easiest to bully with.

  3. We are seeking cash compensation, not eVouchers expiring in 1 year. We may never take Delta flights again in the future so we are not interested in eVouchers.

  4. If we do not get straightforward answers to the above questions, and do not get the compensation that make us feel right, we will reach out to media, complain to CFPB and seek legal options.
