现在最便宜的应该是FreedomPop free plan at Walmart online.

SIM card costs $9.98+tax+shipping, you get 300 minutes, 1000 texts, and 100mb every month.
Monthly $0.00+tax. 有些州tax是0.

这个是T Mobile network, 不是ATT. 这个甚至可能是Red Pocket $30/yr的套娃，因为直接用没有激活过的Red Pocket GSMT SIM card也可以在Freedompop 网站上激活。

有没有人试过？
