你好问一下最新update，我也遇到了一样的情况，把DL和基本信息上传以后隔天收到debit card被关了，担心钱拿不回来啊 
感觉upgrade要把我的钱给黑了啊，上传了资料就是说资料不符合条件，第一次遇到这种情况，问题是我不管id还是照片都是符合他的标准的啊

前几天开了upgrade checking账户撸DD奖励，刚开完户就(fake)dd了一笔钱过去，然后账户秒suspend，和客服聊了以后要求上传DL和本人手持note照片，照做了以后还是不给解封说资料不符合要求，问题是照片和DL都是符合它列出的要求的，想求助大家这种情况该咋办啊，看了下BANK review suspend黑钱是这个银行的基操了，最惨大哥有6个月还没拿回钱的，我是不是只剩下cfpb 投诉一条路了。。。

重新看了下图片要求基本就是这破银行一言堂，那它要是就一口要死我给它的照片是ps的那不是这辈子都不用解封了

你这是什么银行的账户fake dd过去的？因为这个被suspend极少见啊。是你本人的账户么？
高分辨率照片吗？手机直接拍照上传的吗？手机照片里有gps定位信息吗？如果是，符合它要求的应该都行。
