现在问题是rakuten只能track到att fiber那个50.。。。但是我看楼上好像最后还是会track成功？

Chat的时候这是个号码，transcript里被覆盖了。看意思应该是之后打。
没有，确认了是new user，要了姓名地址邮箱就send return label了。
可能是谭友之前的BBB投诉起效果了。
account number可能是指你打算port in的号码？Not sure.
