拿到sams但C1返现还没给吧？至少等拿到返现后再降级？而且五条line的话其实unlimited starter已经够便宜了，没啥好降低的，省不了多少
还没有，但是c1没有要求plan吧
没要求，但是很多返现网站你一change任何东西马上ineligible，系统可能会判断你之前的订单失效了
