比较着看啊。红圈斜杠的用词是"must not“，文字sign的则是"may not"。所以可以肯定，这里有"may turn right"的scenario。但是通篇又不明确说什么情况可以，让人更加纠结。

我之前碰到过一个路口no turn on red，等了两三个循环都是红色右转不跳绿灯。后面有人上来问我are you doing ok，我回头一看堵了一路了 :yaoming: 只能不管红灯直接转了

从逻辑上来讲，may 是optional的意思，may not 就是 it’s not an option
如果may 是optional，may not也是optional，那直接写may不就好了？

加州有的地方no turn on red的牌子比较坑，只在路边而且离路口停止线距离还不小，一旦没留意错过就废了

红灯右转理论上只要没有no turn on red那就是停后可以转，需要让行，相当于stop sign。有no turn on red那就不能转，要等绿灯。
但是我纽约自有国情在此，没人遵守no turn on red的，你在那傻等肯定有人按喇叭。摄像头也是拍不到的，因为摄像头很落后靠线圈感应，你只要停稳再走就不会触发。你就算当着nypd的面违反交规他们也懒得pull你，但是你挂TLC牌就另当别论
