昨晚正在看Experian的report看自己到底有没有资格上车CIP史高开卡礼的末班车，结果发现已经是lol/24了，这件事不可怕，毕竟是意料之内。结果眼睛飘到其中一张卡被Citi挂了late payment，而且被挂late payment 就算了，还给我挂到more than 30 days，当下真的是心跳漏跳一拍，马上回想过去这几个月到底有没有忘记缴钱。回想过后认为我自己都有乖乖准时缴钱，就把自从开卡到最后一次的statement下载出来看到底是不是自己忘记缴钱，但看了一小时多，都看不出来有任何的late payment。确定不是我眼残后，而是Citi的IT太shiti以后，就马上打给客服反映此事。结果，Citi客服竟然在保养之类的，要我4小时后再打去。(当下真的是三把火在背后烧)。到了今天早上起床后，决定再来处理这件鸟事，打给Citi客服以后，先问了客服从这张卡开到现在是否有过任何late payment，客服查看过后表示没有任何late paymet，我在表示说有在Experian的report上看到我的Citi卡上被挂了late payment，客服接着表示，应该是系统的问题，要我写说明信、并检视证据寄到Citi的Po box 或是Fax给他们也可以(Fax电话为:866-713-5028)，客服也表示在收到信后14个工作天左右就会收到回复，当下才放心把电话挂上，来写信给Citi表示被误植了late patment。小弟用了ChatGPT写信大概如下，给如果也是Shiti系统的受害者，也可以直接照着这个模板发过去

经过此次事件，小弟真心认爲应该要不定期确定一下自己的Credit Report避免被乱挂上一些奇奇怪怪的东西，导致自己的信用背受影响，甚至被其他银行杀全家。鬼故事先写到这，倘若有任何update，我会在进行update！

按照shiti的尿性收到信再把late payment取消得好几个月吧，就怕别的银行soft pull你的信用记录看到negative payment之后直接杀全家
