Re-route一般指的不是同一航司的A-B换成A-C-B吗?

根據 EU 261 Article 7 如果改票後和原行程相比有延誤的話是可以 claim compensation 的:

Article 7

Right to compensation

  1. Where reference is made to this Article, passengers shall receive compensation amounting to:

    (a) EUR 250 for all flights of 1500 kilometres or less;

    (b) EUR 400 for all intra-Community flights of more than 1500 kilometres, and for all other flights between 1500 and 3500 kilometres;

    (c) EUR 600 for all flights not falling under (a) or (b).

    In determining the distance, the basis shall be the last destination at which the denial of boarding or cancellation will delay the passenger’s arrival after the scheduled time.

  2. When passengers are offered re-routing to their final destination on an alternative flight pursuant to Article 8, the arrival time of which does not exceed the scheduled arrival time of the flight originally booked

    (a) by two hours, in respect of all flights of 1500 kilometres or less; or

    (b) by three hours, in respect of all intra-Community flights of more than 1500 kilometres and for all other flights between 1500 and 3500 kilometres; or

    (c) by four hours, in respect of all flights not falling under (a) or (b),

    the operating air carrier may reduce the compensation provided for in paragraph 1 by 50 %.

法航自己出的票和Coupon为什么要Endorse?法航直接Reissue到其他航司就可以了。而且大多数签转的情况都是有Endorsement Wavier的。

Endorsement是其他航司使用或者改签不属于自己的票或者Coupon,要原来的Coupon上的航司或者出票航司Endorse过去(没有Endorsement Wavier的情况下),然后从原来的航司/出票航司才能收到钱。

改航司也是Reroute,Reroute是包括改线路以外的修改的

问题是降舱没有right to reroute
降舱仅适用Article 10 Downgrading

看来回头还是得找本iata的ticket handbook看一看,感觉跟一些非专业源的用词很不一样哈哈。(其实是vs的地勤跟我解释的endorse是啥意思)
