请问发了invoice之后一直没回复怎么办

We are working diligently to have a resolution this week. We will keep you updated, but we cannot guarantee it will be before October 4th. I understand this is frustrating, however we must manually verify this information as the purchase was not recorded accurately in your dashboard.
I can verify that if the order is confirmed with AT&T as eligible and not returned/exchanged/modified, eligible rewards will be paid within the processing time set by the merchant.
