GBTC 有啥办法不 realize gain 换仓么？

手里一批 GBTC 有一些 unrealized gain。有没有啥办法直接换成 IBIT/FBTC 之类的，而不用交税？

据我所知好像没有，但还是发来问问看看有没有懂的多的大神。
