如果有2000 costco incentive, 是不是要把taxed incentives 从11000 改成 13000，effective monthly go from 607 to $517

按照这个来, 不过你那24是真的不多了, 碰碰运气吧. 如果想搞就迅速, 估计好多人都在盯着
搞出个unicorn~. 你就按照0 due $300/mo出头rule of thumb来搞就行
