小村里的香草也终于被换成7.95的新版了 
不过这种新香草需要打电话激活才能用，不像原来自动激活了，是不是能让cvs vgc盗刷的风评好一点
以及这种新包装真的很难拆
1st time buying the new card after fee increase, store manager said they pulled the 8.95 fee one after complaints and now all 20-500 vgc or mcgc has same 7.95 fee. One question for any who bought the new card: my receipt said all cards activated but inside labels says need activation? Do I need to activate again? Tia
村子里CVS的VGC也涨了，悲——
好在有citi offer CVS10%，可是付款的时候一直被citi风控。。天气只有10度，但我的背后有110度 
想请教一下这个新版的香草卡到底用不用激活啊，今天买了一个之后上balance.vanillagift.com按照流程激活然后说有issue就用不了了，打电话说给换卡。记得以前的vgc是不用激活的，第一次用随便输个pin就是之后的pin了 
The same question here, do you have an answer now? I bought a VGC at CVS today with a $7.95 fee. When I opened it, it asked me to activate it, however, when I went to the website and typed in the card information, it said there was an issue. I then called the number and they said they would replace the card
好像现在的香草卡都需要激活
太难搞了
To answer my question, I tried to use the card with last 4 digits as pin but not working, I activate the card online and changed PIN then used next day for money order for full amount.
So we need to activate it online or by phone again even CVS receipts says activated after purchase. I don’t buy much no more due to higher fee and trouble.

我这里的SAMS一直有4.95的，VGC MGC AMEX的都有，是香草，还算好用。但是沃尔玛和菜店的都6.95起步了
我们这里也是，最低变成了7.95
可是sams买的话就没有3x？
什么是香草卡？有照片吗？

amex gold 在walmart 有 4x？
WM Neighborhood Market算grocery category。WM Supercenter不算
