Promo may not be combined with referral credits within the same month on the Visible plan as a $5/mo min. charge is required ($20 referral credits apply first, the promo credits roll to the next month) ; Promo credits may be combined with referral credits within the same month if you are on the Visible+ plan.

也就是说在base plan里面如果有referral credit的话还是5刀/月。但是在visible+的话可以达到10刀/月？
