如何用AmEx卡在Costco购物？

有一个通过Kasheesh的办法，但是会收取2%手续费。今天测试了一下这条路行得通，但请问潭友有没有手续费更低的办法？买VGC？

  1. Creating a digital Mastercard debit card using a payment service like Kasheesh
  2. Linking your Amex card to the payment service
  3. Generating a digital Mastercard using your Amex as the funding source
  4. Using the digital Mastercard to make your purchase on Costco.com
