2/4/2025打给advanced customer solutions试图转卡,客服说系统里没有转卡offer,所以她不能提交转卡请求(原话大概是"if the system doesn’t show product change offers, I can’t ignore that and just do it.") 所以我猜测客服理论上是可以忽略系统直接提交转卡请求表格的,只是他们的policy是需要系统show offer才能提交那个form。
于是我说那就关卡,但希望把额度转到另一张卡。客服照做了,把$75k额度全都加到另一张卡了。问了annual fee refund,客服说statement date 30天内可以,去后台request了,几分钟后回来说弄好了,之后会自动寄credit balance refund check which could take up to 90 days。
