DP on Hilton gift cards that don’t work. Back in January I visited the Conrad in Tulum, none of my GCs worked. Here’s what I did:
Have them run the cards for full value when(if) declined it will be documented. When you get home, call the # on back of the card, tell them it was declined, they will check their system and in fact see it was declined. Request a refund. They will issue a refund by check. I had 7 cards that didn’t work. They told me refund would take 3 weeks. Took 8 weeks, but I did in fact receive a check today! $350. Just know total call took about 45 minutes and the representative was not US based and extremely difficult to understand. So, give yourself plenty of time, be patient and know, in the end it works!
And finally beware, check shows up in a non-descript envelope that looks a lot like junk mail!

一模一样，web显示Starbucks Avatar，app显示Hilton Avatar，biz plat两三天后就收到邮件给报销了，surpass一周了还没动静

看来SURPASS只能去前台小卖部买点零食了
应该是与aspire现在报销缓慢有关，这笔消费都还没算到正常15000的消费里面
不过不知道啥时候能确定是报销慢 还是 这笔消费就不算，快来不及了有点
还有两周 应该问题不大吧 现在报销已经慢慢恢复了

南加Anaheim Hilton 不建议去… 停车难，人多，服务员说GC 最多25， 态度也很一般

我现场check in签名10张 最后算成一张 打电话重新charge后 发现最后就刷了8张。。。
