我以为associate prof是副教授，不带头衔或者full prof才是正教授

大部分PhD毕业之后都得先去做个Postdoc吧
Associate就已经是tenure了吧

去工业界的都不会做postdoc，只有确定一定要去学术界的才会需要postdoc，也不是必须的
我改下，原先写的有错，加了图上去
惊呆了，assistant是助理教授，associate是副教授，professor才是正教授啊

一般来说学校会对你发给博士博后的工资都会有苛捐杂税，实际上每年花的钱会更多。当然一般来说学生也得做一两年ta，可能最后结果还是30万。
