轻踩油门的时候和40mph左右cruise的时候会有咔咔的响声，好像感觉是什么东西打滑或者金属碰撞的声音？有时候踩刹车也有。

Update: 1/11 周六 早上还嘎嘎响 开去了个aaa修车的 只有他家周六开 机师把轮子卸了重新装了一下他怎么也开不响了 收费171。我取来车还是有点小小响声，但比之前好多了。有后续就继续更新。看上去不像cvt问题。

Hey I work at Nissan as a tech and just both a 16 maxima myself and just heard the noise to more so over bumps. What it is is the plastic cowl on the windshield making noise it had snowed where I live and what happens is water and salt gets in between and makes it squeak what I did was put felt tape underneath the cowl with our squeek and rattle kit your car is still under warranty take it in and they’ll do it for you just let them know it’s coming from the cowl area so it’s not taking them forever to locate it trust me that’s what it is I’ve fixed this noise on muranos as well.

So I was having the same issue, right from the get go. In fact, mine is still at the dealer now for, as you also described it, a Geiger meter sound. The told me the reason this happened, is that on the B pillar of the driver’s side, they were a couple loose nuts than needed to be torsion-ed correctly and it was loose just enough to make that annoying sound. They have taken it on several test drives after this repair to make sure it was gone. They even let the car sit and cool (little chilly here today) to make sure it was gone. Hope this helps. If you need to have your dealer call my dealer to determine the exact problem, it’s Woodbury Nissan in Woodbury, NJ. Ask for Pete the service advisor. Hope this helps you get rid of that damn noise.

I have a '16 Maxima SR too. It has been noisy since day 1. First there was a clicking noise above the driver side. After several trips to the dealer, the tech diagnosed at the windshield nipples not being properly aligned. He fixed one side, then the other side started clicking. Fixed that and it has been sporadic noise ever since. I only have 2700 miles so far but the new car experience has been ruined. Last week in the cold weather there was a plastic grinding noise (almost like when you have a case of water in the car and the bottles are rubbing against each other). I wonder if it’s the cowl? I just made an appointment again. I am going to try and get the foam tape like the NISSAN guy mentioned earlier in the thread
